If you've been in the P&C business for any lenght of time, I'm sure you'll agree
that running a P&C agency is similar to running on a treadmill. The more clients
that you have, the faster you have to run. Before you know it, you're working 60+
hours per week just to keep up with all your clients service needs. Then you need
